I’ve worked in the Landscape Industry for 16 years, about half of it with a commercial landscape company doing design work…so I know tough plants that look great with low maintenance. But great design is far more than just pretty plants; great design solves problems.
Before “going pro” in the industry I spent my free time learning everything I could about plants and design, especially why my first attempts in my own garden looked nothing like those beautiful photos in the coffee table books. I kept reading, attending lectures and classes and clocked countless hours growing, designing and experimenting in my own garden. Learning how to make it special.
These days I still design & maintain gardens and landscapes for clients. I also mentor, giving advice during onsite consultations, sharing the tips and tricks I have learned the hard way over the years…so you can easily apply it now, bringing your ideas, Pinterest boards and dreams to life.
